Beginner Tumbling
No prior tumbling experience required. This level focuses on basic body positions, strength, coordination, and foundational skills to build confidence and readiness for progression. (introduction to hand stands, cartwheels, bridge, standing back bend)
Intermediate Tumbling
Athletes must have a kickover. This level emphasizes proper technique, skill refinement, and progression toward standing BHS and running tumbling skills through level 2.
Advanced Tumbling
Athletes must have connected running and a standing skills through level 2. This level focuses on power, speed, technique, and new skills level 3 - 5.
