


Summer Tumbling Level 1 - 2 (Wednesday 5:00-6:00)
This class is designed for athletes ready to take the next step in their tumbling journey! Focused on skills like back kickovers, back walkovers, round-offs, beginner back handsprings (independent and spotted) and connected skill progressions, this class builds strength, control, and confidence. Athletes will also work on cheerleading jumps and targeted drills to improve the power and technique needed to master the skills based on their individual progression.
