Perfect for our newest athletes, this class introduces the building blocks of tumbling and cheer! Athletes will learn foundational skills including cartwheels, forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, and bridges. We’ll also focus on beginner standing back skills, cheerleading jumps, and flexibility to help each athlete gain strength and confidence.
