Level 3, 4, & 5 Tumbling is designed for advanced athletes who are ready to build higher-level tumbling technique, power, and connections. Athletes must have a roundoff back handspring tuck and standing 3 (strong) back handsprings to enroll in this class.
This class focuses on elite tumbling progressions and skill development through Levels 3–5, including connected running and standing tumbling, specialty passes, layouts, twisting skills, and advanced back handspring technique. Athletes will work on improving strength, flexibility, endurance, body control, and execution while safely progressing higher-level skills.
